How do I contact my PPM?

Your PPM will provide you with his/her direct telephone number and email contact information at the onset of your project. With a PPM, you always have a direct line to a live person, so you will never get stuck in a phone tree at Communicaid. If you need to contact your PPM after-hours, please call our toll free number (866.249.8069) to be connected with our live answering service who will page your PPM.
