How do I submit and retrieve my documents?

All source files and final translations are uploaded and retrieved via ShareFile™, a secure online data-transfer system. ShareFile™ is easy to use and accessible via the internet from any computer. There are no complicated FTP programs to download or install. Your PPM will send you an email with the appropriate link, password and detailed instructions.
