What information do you need to give me an accurate quote?

In order to give you an accurate quote, both for the cost of your translation project as well as the turnaround time, please provide the following information:

• Your name and title
• Your contact information and the best times to reach you
• Company name
• Subject matter of the documents
  • Legal, medical, business etc
• Target and source languages
  • Required dialects, if applicable
• Number of words
• Any DTP or graphical requirements
Desired project deadline
• Any specific requests or instructions
• Billing information

In order for us to give you a binding quote we will need to have access to your source files. This is necessary because we discount repetitions within a document.
